Recruiting on behalf of Bradfields Academy for a part time Special Needs Teaching Assistant to work with secondary aged students that have ASD and Complex Needs
This role would suit someone who is experienced either working with children or adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. To have a passion to make the students education and social development as positive as possible.

Special Needs Teaching Assistant we are looking for:
Someone with experience and knowledge of working with young adults or children with Complex Needs
Nurturing people who want to understand the needs of each learner
An understanding of traits and triggers around autism
Happy to undertake any personal care
To have strategies to communicate with non-verbal students
Able to make a positive environment to eliminate challenging behaviour
Positive de-escalation strategies
