WHO we look for:

Someone who is passionate and skilled to want to make a difference to a child with special needs?  If you are experienced in other areas – you may have transferable skills to work with special needs in a class-based setting?

  • Mainstream class work and wanting to specialise in SEND
  • Care work with adults with learning disabilities
  • Mental health or counselling in the community
  • Working for the services front line; Police, Prison, NHS, Fire, Armed Forces

Support staff: Qualifications are advantageous, experience will be looked at on an individual basis.

Teachers: Relevant qualifications required for teaching students aged 4 – 19.

Interview 2023

Once you’re in work the support continues:

    • Help with induction and settling into the first few days or weeks, phone and on-site support where required
    • On going development, discussed with the client about specific training and development and face to face development meetings where appropriate
    • Liaising with the school where required
    • Providing you with feedback on the work that you have done/are doing
    • Regular contact with you – checking in to see how the new job is suiting you, talking through any concerns you may have, issues that you may have, & if you are seeking any professional advice.
    • Being a spokesperson for you if required in a professional capacity
    • Complete your payroll through PAYE, all taxes and any HMRC communication dealt with
    • Holiday pay for all of our workers
    • Being there for you when you need a listening ear

75% of candidates go on to gain permanent contracts and we will not hinder your progress to a permanent role where it is an option.
