• It will be at Apex Education Recruitment’s discretion as to the suitability of a candidate for a position prior or after a face-to-face interview; precautions taken against referring candidates subject to suitable DBS checks, referencing, qualifications and suitability for each position.
  • If you are currently in a position, we will not send for a reference until you inform us to do so from your current employer. All reference checking must be completed prior to any work being carried out.
  • A candidate’s CV/application will only be sent to a Client when we have discussed and agreed that it is a suitable position and you as a candidate would like to be put forward.
  • We will treat you as an individual and your information will only be shared with a Client when we have both discussed and agreed to do so
  • Information made to candidates regarding positions, duties, probable length of employment and salary of prospective positions shall be in conformance with the best knowledge of Apex Education Recruitment.
  • At Apex Education Recruitment we strive to assist candidates on an individual basis finding the right work and protecting your confidentiality.
  • You will be expected to adhere to the clients’ confidentiality policy once on an assignment and be aware of not discussing any student’s information with other adults outside the classroom.
  • Working with Apex Education Recruitment does not hinder your working with others but we do require that all work via us is kept confidential and not disclosed about our clients or workings to any other third parties. (as per your ‘Temporary contract’)
  • Upon leaving or working with other companies at the same time as us; our confidentiality must be upheld at all times and is also part of your terms with us; this includes sharing our client knowledge with agents and future employees. We ask that your working with us is shared as ‘working with Apex Education Recruitment and their client schools’, no specific clients are named.

Any sharing of our client’s to a third party could result in our clients being compromised by the third party and the impact of our business hence we would need to consider legal proceedings.
