JOBSEEKER – FAQs

To begin this process, you can either message us via our website and one of our experienced consultants will contact you, email or call us.  We prefer to have an initial conversation with you so we can start supporting you from the onset and find out about your experiences, skills and qualifications. In our call, we will not be pushy and won’t be offended if you choose not to accept our support.

If you prefer, send us an enquiry via our website or send us an email with an overview of what you are looking for.

The interview process, which is for your benefit is to help us to support you in finding the perfect position; understanding you skills, experience and qualifications. Our aim by the time your interview is complete, is for you to feel confident, have job pathways to pursue and ready to begin work.

All interviews are conducted face-to-face to fall in line with ‘Safer Recruitment with Children’ practice; interviews are in depth and cover all compliance for everyone potentially working with children; of course with a coffee ?

During COVID, interviews are being conducted remotely when in lockdown or face-to-face with full screens and COVID PPE in place.

During COVID all office staff are working a mixture at home and in the office to maintain a safe distance; COVID PPE, masks, screens, antibac have been issued to each staff member and all COVID safety measures are in place in all our office buildings.

For interviews face-to-face masks must be worn by everyone, temperatures are checked on arrival for staff and candidates.  Screens and antibac are in place and must be used before moving to any area.  No transferance  from person to person of paperwork will be done; any original documentation will be photo scanned.

During lockdown, all interviews will be conducted remotely via TEAMS.  All candidates will receive a meeting request and ask to logon to a device big enough to view documents and have an interview; tablet, laptop or PC.   ID must be shown at the start to confirm your identity. (mobile phones are not ideal).  Try and logon 15 minutes prior to your interview so any technical issues can be resolved.
