Training (CPD) is important to us….
We fund and offer all of our existing workers access to over 300 training courses to further develop their CPD in schools.
It is great to see over 60 courses have already been completed since the start of term which further enhances the continued professional development of our workers in schools.
Some of the popular courses undertaken are:
- Autism & ADHD; sensory regulation in the classroom
- De-escalation
- Phonics with SEN children
- Risks posed to children online
- SEN awareness – traits and triggers
