Since COVID over 60 permanent contracts offered

Christie & Karen are humbled by the many thank-you cards from our workers showing your gratitude which is lovely and appreciated.

We have assisted over 60 people since COVID into permanent employment which is pivotal to our successful consultative work with schools.

Some of our previous candidates have progressed their careers to be HLTA’s, qualified teachers, employability coaches and many other roles within schools. We know many of our current and past workers have and are making such a positive impact to the lives of SEN children.

To receive positive responses for our work makes what we do an absolute pleasure; we strive to go above and beyond to find the job that is everything someone wants to be happy going to work. It is also important to retain people, with our continued development, support and training we know a vast majority of our workers have stayed in their jobs for many years.
